Monday- Pistachio Stuffed Dates {First day of Ramadhan 1432}
It's that time of the year again.. Alhamdulilah..First and foremost, we would like to wish everyone a blessed and smooth Ramadhan. Hopefully we all get the most out of this blessing month. InsyaAllah.. okay ramai2 nyanyi lagu Maher zain InsyaAllah. hihi Deep down, I wish I could slow down my routine this whole month [just a tiny bit] and spend more time with Him instead. InsyaAllah.
Anyway, on a shorter note, I made these stuffed dates minutes ago. A quick and rather cheap alternative to fancy $tore-bought stuffed dates. Since time is not on my side today, I opted for a coarse filling instead of a fine paste filling.
Tastewise? Hmm..I haven't taste mine yet but I bet it would turn out great as the store-bought ones. Ameen *finger-crossed* ;p Slamat berpuasa everyone! :D
