I made my first appointment with Wany, The Trainer last Saturday. 

Oneself is so excited and can't wait to meet her personally to discuss further on All Shapes's Personal Trainer package and to do the fitness test & see on what level her body can work this thing out.

note: I have to spend some SGD$$$ for this package alone, but it's the only way to break the ice and start pushing my butts towards to my goal. he he

I have an appointment this afternoon.

An appointment with a gym trainer.

It'll take place at All Shapes Women Gym at Geylang, and I'm planning to take a bus there.

And maybe a sushi dinner after that? We'll see.

Hardly wait to join the class. ;)

A Note to Adam [6 months]

Dear Adam,

Before you were born, I has arranged a scrapbook full with your inside-my-womb-photos. Unfortunately, the book was misplaced somewhere in our KL home. I'll find that book soon after we go back to KL and continue it after that.

So here's Mommy, jotting down all your progress. Let's cramp all of it here and make this post a pilot post. he he.

Dear Adam, I remember your first smile happened during your first month in this world and your big laugh followed when you suddenly burst into one during your sleep. He he. Same like mommy,  you loves to talk in your sleep. =p

Adam, you started to roll to your side when you're about 3 months old and rolling  from one side to the other side was around your four months. That's when your 2 teethes started to come up. You were drooling all the time and mommy had to wipes your face to avoid milk rashes all the time!

During 5 months you started to lift up your lil butt and start making that see-saw figure. We moved to SG by this time and I had resigned from my work for almost 3 months already. Being  a SAHM was never an easy job but I'll never quit trying to be a great mommy to you. Mommy knows that sometimes I lose my patient with all you non-stop demands but I'm a human too. I'm so sorry if I didn't do my best at all time my dear baby.

Dear Adam, to date, you've started to crawl and I would say that you're a speedy crawler he he. You already  climbed 'everything around you' including me. And you're trying to stand on your own feet. Well done dear!. Mommy so proud of you. =D

Oh Mommy forgot to mentioned that you start your solid food on your first week of 5th months. Your first meal is Brown Rice cereal he he. You ate it like a pro. Liked you've been fed all the time before this hehe!

Daddy bought your first Baby can Read set and hopefully we can communicate after we run all the learning series. And hopefully we can communicate even better next time.

Adam Fell Down Adam..

I am so a bad mommy. (no, you're not!)

I let it happen again. tsk

Adam fell down from the bed AGAIN.

And I was doing my dishes (his dishes btw) and suddenly I heard a loud BANG from the room.

Followed with a hysteric cries from Adam.

Pity mommy's lil baby boy.

Am I a bad mommy? (Nope, things happen-the way I justified myself nowadays)

Anyway. (sigh)

His Daddy and I were planning to get a play yard for him and with this 'accident' happened, I'm strongly urge Daddy to buy asap.

We're thinking of buying either Valco VeeBee or Mothercare Babyden Playpen.

Both has pros and cons but I prefer Mothercare Babyden Playpen more since a tent is tag along with it he he but of course with another extra dollars. hee

Julie & Julia

Last night I watched Julie & Julia, starring Meryl Streep and Amy Adam, and I must must say it 's a brilliant comedic drama!! I'm so into it until I spent several hours googling and reading about Julia Child and Julie Powell all morning he he.

I totally recommend it to everyone especially ones into baking and cooking like myself. he he

I never attempt to make any movie review before since I knew I'm suck at writing one.

Huh.

So, here goes my short review of Julie & Julia.

"In 2002, Julie Powell blogged about her challenge of finishing 524 Julia Child's recipes in 365 days and in 40 years before that, there's a story about how Julia Child ended up writing her masterpiece-Mastering the Art of French Cooking. "

I just love how Nora Ephron wrote this story in two different timelines and how it connected to each other.

And the looked-delicious dishes!!

Ouch..oh please don't start with the all the fine cuisines Julie Powell has cooked and baked.. All of it looked yummy especially the last meal, the one where she has to bone the duck..

Finally, she covered the duck with pastry and it look very delicious.. I shall try this once I'm in Paris ha ha

BTW, I didn't get the name of the dish. Shall update it here later.

I love Julia Child's kitchen too..

Getaway

Oh.. I'm so in need of one relaxing getaway right now.

If I was single, I totally off to the moon right away...But I'm not single, beside that I've my beautiful baby Adam to be cared and loved. As a good mommy, I've to put myself aside and focus more on Adam. Phew!

I've planned for Bali trip decades ago (LOL) and gosh, I still stuck with the plan! I (him) kept changing the date, the hotel, and so on.. sigh.

When will I take this out of my To-Do list?

Day Zero Project

I can't wait to finish up listing my 101 list even though I know it's difficult for me to do so with Adam lingering around the laptop.

He seems soo into IT gadget he he..the lappy, my BB, camera..all these stuffs interest him..lol.

Anyway.

My Ribbon-Show is still stuck below my bed lol.

I can't find the right time and place to continue it.

How I wish I have the solution to Adam, my speedy crawler baby =P

Ribbon-Show # 1

Just a quick note since my lil Adam is trying very hard to get my attention while I'm typing this (as quickly as I can =D). BTW, he's learning to master his crawling skill which he has acquired it the last few days.. =)


This week ribbon- show is going to be my pilot show for a quilt cushion cover. It's a 4x4 squares which will consist of wild flowers (again). I'm truly in love will all these flowers, and if only I've got a chance to plant em all. too bad huh..


Well, I'm working on my first square just now, while my baby Adam was asleep.. I only manage to do a bud of violet-blue dutch hyacinth.. never mind, I'll continue it again later.. I can't wait to finish it up and post my lovely hyacinths here ;)
